Yes — because we scope for it. On the intro call we define a v1 that's genuinely shippable in 30 days: one core loop done exceptionally well, monetization, and the growth stack. We've shipped five apps on this exact pipeline. If a delay is on our side, you get $500 back per week late.
Before launch we install and verify an MMP (AppsFlyer or Adjust), map SKAdNetwork conversion values to your trial and purchase events, connect your Meta/TikTok ad accounts, test-fire every event, and wire RevenueCat revenue data back to the ad platforms. The day your app goes live, you can launch a paid campaign and see cost-per-install and cost-per-trial accurately — no "we'll add analytics later" phase where ad money burns blind.
During the sprint, request as many tweaks as you want to anything in the agreed scope — colors, copy, layouts, flows, animations — until you're happy. It doesn't mean new features mid-sprint ("let's also add a social feed"): those get quoted separately or added to your retainer so the 30-day clock stays honest.
You do — 100%. The app ships under your Apple Developer account, the repo transfers to your GitHub, and Supabase, RevenueCat, PostHog and your MMP all live in accounts you own. If we part ways, you lose nothing.
